Order from our premium selection of coffee. Once your order is placed, an email will be sent to you with instructions on filling out a quick intake form. This is where you share your brands' style, colors, and messaging. We listen, take notes, and start dreaming up your perfect gift. In this process, you also let us know where you would like your order shipped, if that's one or fifty addresses, we've got you covered.

The Design
We start crafting your custom design using any and all information you give us. We will also happily dream it up with as little to go on as your company logo.

The Delivery
We handle the logistics, ensuring each gift arrives beautifully presented and on time. Your sustainable and ethically sourced coffee gets shipped directly to your or where ever you tell us to!

You receive your custom design for review and approval faster than a coffee break. We are happy to offer alternative designs until we get it right.

How does the customization process work?We keep it simple. After you purchase your coffee, we send you a quick intake form so we understand your needs, preferences, and branding requirements. When we nail your look, we send you a digital mockup. You approve it. We make it happen. No complicated back-and-forth, just great coffee with your brand on it.

What is the minimum order quantity?Our typical minimum is 20 bags, but if you have a unique request, let’s chat. We’re flexible—kind of like how we adjust our own coffee intake depending on the day.

How far in advance should we place an order?We recommend 1–3 weeks, especially around the holidays when caffeine demand (and shipping times) spike. But if you’re in a hurry, let us know—our turnaround can be as short as 5 days. We understand coffee emergencies.

Can you create a completely unique coffee bag concept for our company?Yes! Whether you need something special for an event, a big company milestone, or a fundraising campaign, we’ll design a concept that fits your vision. If you’ve got an idea, we’re here to bring it to life. If you have no idea and just know you want it to be cool, we’ve got you.

Do you offer nationwide or international shipping?Yes! We ship nationwide, and we can arrange international shipping on a case-by-case basis. No matter where your coffee needs to go, we’ll get it there.

Can coffee be sent directly to recipients?Yes! Whether you need individual packages sent to clients, a bulk shipment to your office, or custom gift boxes delivered straight to recipients, we handle it all. Just let us know what works best for you. This part you let us know when we email you your intake form.

What are the shipping costs and timelinesFree Shipping: We offer free shipping! Processing & Delivery: Orders ship within 2-4 business days after your approval of the design. Large orders (500+ boxes) may require additional processing time.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept credit cards, bank transfers, and corporate invoicing. If you have a different payment request, let us know—we’ll try to make it work.

What is your return or refund policy?Because our gifts are customized, we typically don’t accept returns. But if something isn’t right with your order, let us know, and we’ll make it right. Coffee is too important to mess up.

Do you offer discounts for large orders?Yes! If you’re ordering in bulk, we’ll work with you on pricing. The more coffee you order, the more people you make happy—it’s a win-win.
